When you said to me at the time of booking, you will send your "best removalists" because of the large size move (two homes) and the distance to move (interstate) I thought this may have been a "sales ploy"! Boy, was I wrong, you did send the best.

I have moved eight times over the years and twice before interstate and never has it been so stress-free. Your team were professional, understanding, courteous, careful and most of all a pleasure to be around. Simon and Rob were there for us every step of the way on removal day, not a single complaint from them and always going the extra mile. Every item that was not securely packed into a box was carefully wrapped in a blanket and then taped to make sure the blanket did not move. Rob even took the time to wrap two pottery outside buddas and an old stone bulldog that was my father's. At the time of wrapping Rob did not know my father had recently passed away and this bulldog meant a great deal to me, it just showed how professional your team are.
